			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For starters, before I tell you standard panic and anxiety attack symptoms, I’d want to take a second to clarify that a “symptom” is anything that doctors employ to distinguish certain illnesses and diseases.  A good number of panic disorders are not medical diseases.  They are behavioral problems.  That is to say that there&#8217;s in all likelihood not anything physically wrong with you that is producing panic attacks, but rather you suffer from panic attacks because you are reacting to anxious thought patterns and “what if” thoughts.</p>
<p> For those who suffer through stress and anxiety when there may be nothing at all to rationally be afraidof, you&#8217;re experiencing an improper degree of panic.  This can be the effect of stressing over stuff which are outside your control, or even a relentless chain of “what if” questions that just bother you and incease your anxiety more.</p>
<p> Since every man and woman is unique, each person will experience unique anxiety attack signs and symptoms.  We each respond to stress- and worry-inducing events in a different way, but listed here are some usual ones that people often feel.</p>
<ul>
<li>Racing heart or fast heartbeat</li>
<li>Profuse sweat or perspiration</li>
<li>Bodily shaking or shuddering</li>
<li>Feeling as if you&#8217;re going to choke</li>
<li>Feeling out of air</li>
<li>Upper body discomfort (often causing some to believe they are having a heart attack)</li>
<li>Queasy or a sinking sensation in the stomach</li>
<li>Confusion or dizziness</li>
<li>Light-headed sensations</li>
<li>Derealization (feeling as if you&#8217;re inside a dream or as though everything is unreal)</li>
<li>Depersonalization (out of yourself or that you don&#8217;t exist)</li>
<li>Worries that you might go crazy</li>
<li>A numb feeling in your face, hands, or your feet (known as “tetany,” which is brought on by heavy breathing)</li>
<li>Freezing or warm flashes</li>
<li>The skin becoming pale or the loss of coloration</li>
<li>Blushing</li>
<li>Sudden urges to use the toilette</li>
<li>Troubling or terrifying thoughts</li>
<li>Muscle cramping in the shoulders or neck</li>
</ul>
<p> Additionally, after a panic attack, a lot of people will develop a fear of going through yet another panic or anxiety attack.  This typically causes them steering clear of certain circumstances or places they now connect with their first panic attack.  This “low-volume” of chronic anxiety that follows a anxiety attack is referred to as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).</p>
<p> It&#8217;s also essential that you be aware that, however scary your panic attack symptoms may be (and they can be very frightening sometimes), you are not in any true danger.  No one has ever died from a panic and anxiety attack.  So find comfort in the idea that what you are feeling will not last and that it won’t leave you with any harm to your body or mind.</p>
